If you are looking to invest in real estate, there’s arguably no better market than the Las Vegas Valley, which includes Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Boulder City. Since bottoming out during the Great Recession, our home values have been rising steadily.
But there are still great deals to be found.
Zillow recently ranked the Las Vegas metropolitan area the eighth-fastest growing real estate market in the United States. The median estimated home value in Las Vegas in January was $216,400, up 9.8 percent from January 2016.
